i'm chucking a sickie today... the rest of my body is catching up to tuesday's training. pain... my left leg is kinda like in a permanent cramp so i've been limping around since late yesterday afternoon. its worse after i woke up this morning. aihss. doubt i can make it for kumdo tonite. i can't lift a cup properly... much less swing a shinai. aihss. i have a slight stomach upset too! so my sickie is justified!! :p

i stayed at work till 10.15 last night!! extreme OT!! Let's see. I earned ermm..$150 in overtime pay!! well.. it's roughly $127 after tax. cool!! all i did was sitting around, chat online and eating pizza :) hahaha. it's not as bad as it sounds :p i was doing some work as well. one of the computers we use for network printing at work is shitting itself again. can't figure out what's wrong, because some computers can print...and some can't. bah!

on a more pleasant note, i've been having some interesting/nice dreams lately :) i can't remember my dreams much, but last night's dream was cool. basically i just dreamt that i got back together with jacq!! she decided to ditch singapore and come live with me in aussie, or something like that. told you i can't remember my dreams properly. neway... that scenario is gonna happen in my dreams :p but it's still good! hehehh. i haven't been thinking all that much about her lately too. wonder why i've been dreaming this kind of stuff lately. signs that i need a gf ?? :p

k... i'm gonna go back to sleep. maybe i'll wake up and my body will miraculously recover?

yepp... my arms are pretty much dead now. my body ain't as sore as i thought, but i can't quite lift anything above my chest level. can't even brush my teeth without supporting my arm with somethings. :p i'm weak... must train more!! i hope i recover enough by tomorrow though.

i'm gonna be half an hour late for work too. i'm still cooking sausages for breakfast now. the amount of grease in those things are quite shocking... the sausages are swimming in pool of their own grease. i like fatty stuff... but this is a bit much. i want to AT LEAST have a healthy breakfast. not artery clogging sausages... well... it's not like luncheon meat sandwiches or indoemie in the morning is particularly healthy :p but anyyywayy, i think i'll try buying sausages from another store next time.

ahhh. done with breakfast. i alwez feel kinda queasy after eating those sausages. the grease maybe?? ah well. i got some time to kill b4 i head off to catch the train, so mite as well blog about some things that i missed out.

1) i cut myself shaving :p i really should get myself an electric shaver. its becoming a real chore nowadays. my facial hair seems to be growing faster now. probably because i shave more often. bah! such a pain

2) my fav sweater is still stained!! and i thought i got rid of the oil stains too. dammit!! i hope sending it to a laundry can get rid of it. theres 3 ugly spots near the bottom. its not all that noticeable, but i can still see it. not niceeee!!! its kinda upsetting. at least it doesn't smell like indomie nemore. oh, did i mention that the stain came from the oil seasoning satchet that comes with indomie? lame...

3) don't know what else... i'm pretty sure there was something else i wanted to whine about. but can't remember nemore. i think its my fridge. or did i blog about that alraedy? hmm... getting old. well, I kinda figured out a way to not turn my food into ice blocks. i just turn it off at night :p it's still cold enough to be below 5 degrees the next morning. i really need to get a new fridge. but i'm so broke!! there's still stuff i want to buy! oh mann....

i am so gonna be dead tomorrow. my arms sore to the max. can barely lift a cup to drink water and i got blisters too!! oh yeah.. in case I didn't mention it, I just had my first class of kumdo today. it wasn't too bad. its nothing much if u'r starting from the bottom. do the warm up exercises, basic training and then we were left to train by ourselves.

don't really mind though. this is kinda like a refresher course for me anyway. so mite as well make use of the time to train. i paid a good $70 to do that!! :p but i think i'm really gonna suffer at work tomorrow. arms pretty sore now.. and i'm pretty sure its gonna be worse tomorrow. should have done my stretching exercises properly. this is like the first time i exercises ever since i came sydney :p aihhs.. soo unfit now.

i sort of remembered what I wanted to blog about yesterday as well. but kinda lazy now. the gist of it is that I'm going to buy a shitbox of a car. spend maybe $1-4000? I can't afford my Honda Integra now :'( Oh well.. there's always next time. Sighh.. everything that I want to do requires money. sux.

blog time! today was quite uneventful. work as usual and my evenings prior to this consisted of watching 'baku ten' and chatting with ppl. at least i'm gonna have my FIRST kendo class tomorrow!! it'd be a bitch if this class was cancelled too.. ma hemm

lunch today consisted of a KFC mega meal. farkk... damn full after that. 12 pieces of chicken, 10 nuggets, 2 tubs of mashies and 2 large fries. some coke too, of course. shared among 3. well... it wasn't all that bad. greasy food!!! alwez good!! and i took the mash potatoes for dinner as well.

... hmmm. i kinda remembered that i wanted to blog about something else apart from my day. but i forgot after i went to take a shit :p all the crap went out of me. hahahah. lame joke :p been hanging around Thos too much. his lameness is starting to rub off onto me. i'm dropping down to his level already...cuz i'm starting to crack these kind of jokes myself . hahaha :p

had a nice, quiet, relatively productive day. sunday is usually household chores day, so thats what I did. did my laundry in the morning. lamed around at home playing computer games etc etc. and had a nice afternoon nap. sooo relaxing. hahah
the only problem with the nap was that i didn't want to get out of the bed once i woke up :p

ermm... cleaned up my kitchen and did my grocery shopping too! my fridge is actually stocked now! woopee! and I have a whole box of indomie now!! yayy!! that's food for 2 weeks ^_^ for $7.20 too! that's the best part :) oh! and mustn't forget my staple food:

what else?? i had siu yuk fan for dinner too, again!! hahahah. u'd think that with all the groceries i bought i would cook dinner tonite :p I intended too actually, but got lazy. cuz didn't know what to cook. hahahha. so just went out and grab dinner.

that was about 15 mins ago. now i'm just online and chatting abit with Carol, who still won't let me see her blog yet. meanie nini!!

just got home. feeling so so tired. OT'ed today (did i mention that already?) and was SUPPPOSED to start my kendo classes as well. I left work a little later than expected and I thought I was gonna be late for training. Was thinking like 'shit shit shit!' And it would be my first class too. Reached the dojo (or more accurately..do-jang) and the door had a note posted up:

"Sorry for the inconvenience. No training today due to NSW Kendo competition"

wtf ?!? Well... I didn't mind classes being cancelled so much...its just that I got a little stressed over being late for nothing. Sheesh. Nothing much else after that. Went home and then met up with Andy & Thos for dinner at Sushi Train. The karaage and takoyaki is good stuff!! Well...its probably cuz its deep fried, oily and fattening. hahahah. but still good stuff!!

err..k... what else? nicholas interrupted my blogging. now i can't remember what I wanted to write. biatch! oh! I got a visitor from "Johor Incubation Center, Malaysia". wtf ?? thats such a dodgy name for an ISP... i found it quite amusing when I saw it :p

Friday night, and yep! I stayed home tonight. Had dinner with Thomas though. He sent me back from work today. Cuz needed to find out where I stay since he is giving me a lift to work tomorrow. Mainly cuz I have to fix his laptop so that he can get online at home :p We had siu yuk fan!! tonight's one wasn't as good cuz it was kinda late, 7.45 (hey! its Campsie..)

nothing much to blog about. I tried out the fung wan game i blogged about earlier. nothing to shout about. it was kinda empty actually, not much other players around. doesn't look anything like the screenshots where its all filled with ppl :p maybe its just the area i was in. oh well. i'm too lazy to play it now newayz.

early mornin. leaving for work in about 15 mins. i'm not cooking breakfast/lunch today, so killing some time until i leave. it's Friday!!! but no plans today. I feel kinda tired when I woke up though, I might just stay home this Friday, or at least come home early from the city. I'm gonna be OTing tomorrow anyway, so can't stay out too late as well. Gotta do some virus hunting at work tomorrow. Bloody pain.

For now, I want to blog about the ULTIMATE SAUSAGE BUN!! or USB for short. ^_^ The USB is not available in Australia (at least not to my knowledge) and is sometimes hard to locate even in KL. I went to about 4-5 different bakeries back in KL with Fongie once just so that I can find it, sheeshh. What is the USB??? I'm not too sure as well... but I think its just a crumbed, and fried (baked?) sausage bun. Yep... deep fry anything and it becomes the ULTIMATE!! Just like an egg. Deep fry it in about 2 litres of cooking oil, and you end up with the ULTIMATE POWER EGG!! ooooooo

anyway, the closest thing I can find to the ultimate sausage bun down under is a fresh out of the oven sausage bun. its damnnnn goood. the bun is actually crispy!!! true orgassmm... the bad side? it's only readily available at 6.30am when the bakery opens :p it's not too bad for me...since i have to wake up at 6am :p

speaking of which...its time for me to go! can't let the sausage bun get cold!

I downloaded Fung Wan Online!! hahah. It looks kinda lame, but just wanted to have a look. All hail broadband!!! I haven't played it yet though. Only installed it and created a character this morn b4 I left for work.

Random work stuff:
- I have written up around 750 purchase orders since I started
- I spent $130,000 today (company money obviously. duh?!)
- I earned an extra $25 by working 1 1/2 hours of OT
- A forklift driver at Sydney airport earns more than me per hour (wtf?!?!)

enough on that. I signed up for KENdo today...fine! it's actually Kumdo, but its the same thing, just that it's korean and not japanese :p Forked out $220 for membership, a month's class and the kendogi/hakama. I start this Saturday. I could have joined today's session, but I was kinda lazy since I came straight from work.

what else? oh! fatt's passed me Jason's blog. And I found Lisa's blog from there. shall add them later. and I got a counter for my site too! now I can play 'big brother'. muahahahahh. but i think it'll track my own views as well. hmmmm

I was reading some articles on The Star (Malaysian newspaper) and the '98 Commonwealth games just popped into my mind. Well... mainly the rhythmic gymnastics team ^_^ I think there were actually some pretty girls on the Malaysian team. I can't remember exactly though. I actually tried looking for some images on the net, but can't seem to turn up anything. I only got a listing of the '98 team though. There's Carolyn Au Yong, Thye Chee Kiat, El Regina Tajuddin and Sarina Sundara Rajah.
Malaysia actually won some medals too!! Pretty awesome at that time. I only got to watch the gymnastics and bowling competitions. It was SPM at that time (or maybe the trials) so couldn't do much else apart from studying :p

I wonder if these girls are still doing gymnastics. I don't think they joined the 2002 Commonwealth games, can't be stuffed looking for the listing. I just googled it, clicked a few links and didn't turn up anything. So too bad. On a more interesting note, I think I actually chatted with the Carolyn on IRC b4. Ahh..those were the days. Kinda got sick of the a/s/l thing though. Sheesh. Wonder if it's still like that. It's been ages since I went IRC for chat. It's only good for downloading comics and anime now.

Oh yeah..back to the Carolyn chat thing. Yeah, I don't really remember much. I remember chatting with a girl, name was Carolyn and she said she was staying at some kind of boarding school for all these sports people, where they can train etc etc. I didn't really think much of it at that time though. I was just like "oh! ok". And then the '98 games came along and I realised that it was her on the team and I thought "shit! she's for real...". it was cool though, but I only talked to her maybe 2-3 times? Too long to remember.

i didn't end up going kendo today. had to stay behind at work to fix up the stupid printer server. aihs. i guess i'll go abit earlier on thursday so that I can sign up for classes and stuff.

soo..didn't do much else today. I had 'kao yuk fan' for dinner though. not that good. Nam Loong in Melbourne still the best for that!! well..mainly because its more salty and fatty. hahah. but still good! the one i just had wasn't as fatty. i guess the siu yuk at that place is still the best dish they got. not that I tried much else :p

ok.. just a little more on sexpo today. mainly cuz one my colleagues went as well, and he was raving about how hot Tera Patrick was. How could we not want to go to her stripshow!?!?! I'm not normal :p And we just had to wait another 20 minutes before it started. Aihs. didn't get up to much today. I slept my wholeee afternoon away. awesome. haven't done that in a while. i had 'siu yuk fan' for dinner as well, at the place I always go to. I really should try their other foods, but each time I go in...the 'siu yuk' just beckons to me. can't resist it. *yum yum*

oh! and I think i saw the girl that I sorta chatted up on the bus when I went to check out kendo last week. don't think I blogged about that, maybe later. But anyway, it was but a fleeting moment. She passed by with 2 of her friends as I left the restaurant. I shall not fail to attempt to get her number the next time I see her :) wonder if that will ever come to pass. oh well, no use fretting about it.

Carol is trying to send me her skiing trip photos now. didn't come thru the 1st time she tried to send it. hope it works. pretty big. 4 megs worth of photos...but that's probably like 4-5 photos only, i think. we'll see.

OTed for 5 hours today, well... yesterday to be more accurate but I'm still awake :p I love double pay!!! heheh, if only my base pay was more :'(

nothing much to say about work, but I went straight down to city to watch Riddick with Thos & Nicholas. It wasn't too bad. I didn't like it at first... but the movie became better later on. I liked the ending. Quite 'cha dou'. Don't worry. I won't spoil it for you :p

After that...we went SEXPO!! Yeah!! Well... it's nothing great. Not like I haven't seen the stuff on the stands there. But you can take pictures with topless models *yum!!* and the best part of the night was the amateur strip show!! There was this hot chinese girl up on the stage. She got guts! AND the looks too! Tall, slim, and pretty big breasts. Oh yeahhh! Hahah. 5 girls on stage and they all had 3 minutes to strip down to their underwear. The chinese (called Julia, I think) stripped down to her panties as well. But she covered her breasts the whole time with her hands though. But I'd still say she got guts :) Quite turn on. Hahahah :p If only I had a camera. Aihss.

The guys stripping were worth a good laugh. All sorts of ppl on stage. 3 times more guys than girls though. Well...mainly cuz guys don't have much to lose if they strip down to their undies.

Didn't do anything today, not even the usual Friday dinner/movie with Nic & Thos. I OTed at work until about 6.30 and got home close to 8pm  :p  Too tired to go out after that, and had a pretty tiring day too. The usual Friday crap at work. And I have to go in to work tomorrow as well!!! Cuz haven't finished off the work. I spent half my afternoon on the road because I needed to drive down to Silverwater to get some parts for some crap that broke down in the factory. Sheeeshh.

Was spose to go clubbing with Vinh tonight though. Well, it was supposed to be either tonight or tomorrow. But he's dead broke, and flat out at work as well. Sooo, don't think we'll be doing anything this weekend.

What else can I say? I'm gonna be registering for my kendo classes tomorrow. Maybe I can get my gi & hakama as well. Oh yeahh!!!  I really should use this blog for more interesting stuff rather than my day. I can write about computer stuff... animes... games... kendo?? Can't be stuffed now anyway, I'll do it when I feel like it  :p

I went to check out the Kumdo Do Jang (Kumdo = Korean Kendo) in Burwood tonight.
It was pretty nice to watch the people, kinda smelly though sometimes   o_O
Rekindling an old flame. I reckon I'll start next month, which will be the next Thursday.
It's not really cheap though. $50 membership, $70 monthly, $100 for the gi & hakama (uniform), and $50 for the shinai (which I already have)

It makes me kinda regret that I didn't follow it up when I was in Melbourne...would have been
soooo much cheaper. I think it was $5 a lesson or something like that. I want to be a student again  :'(

My expenses in Aussie are gonna shoot up. I really need to start looking for a new job. Hmmm. Anyone know something for a Software Engineering graduate ??  :)

right... what am I suppose to post now? I'm suppose to go off to work 1/2 hour ago, but decided to take the later train, so I have an extra 1/2 horu to kill at home.

let's write about sunday. Emmm, Jamie didn't join us that day cuz she went out with another fren. She also took an earlier flight back to Melb, compared with Carol & Greg. So it was just the 3 of us the whole day. We originally intended to go Fish Market..and then head off to the Rocks. But in the end, we spent the whole day at the Rocks, cuz Fish Market was kinda like an optional thing.

The Rocks were really nice. Quaint old buildings and stuff. Very 'arty farty'. I've been there before, but that was couple years back. The only times I've been there when living here is when we (me+frens) go eat pancakes (absolutely yummy!!)

Walked around the arts & craft market. Carol bought a T Puzzle!! It's really cool, just a couple of cut up timber blocks and you can have quite a bit of fun with it. We spent a fair bit of our laming time working out the shapes you can make with it. I'm thinking of buying one as well!! Have to wait till next month though... blew my budget already.

What else?? Oh yeah!!! Carol burnt my tongue off as well!! There was this stand at the market, selling chilli. Not those normal chillies you get at restaurants... but REALLLLY HOT ones with names like "Dragon's Bloody" and "Turbo Supercharge". And it's as sick as it sounds! I can't take spicy stuff, so I didn't bother trying. I was standing behind Carol when she tried it out... she took a small bite, turned around...and popped the whole thing in my mouth (fyi, the chillies are a dip). Burnt my damn tongue off... and killed my taste buds for the better part of the day. Grrrr!!!

i decided to write something today cuz i just had a blast of a weekend, so i might as well write
something b4 i forget it all  :p  Carol and a couple of her frens (Jamie & Greg) came up from Melbourne and crashed at my place. Its the first time I met her frens, but they were really cool ppl and fun to hang with even though I don't know them.

They arrived late Friday night...and the girls took ages to get ready to go clubbing, which resulted in Nicholas waiting an hour plus for us to get into the City. I was thinking of bringing them to the strip of bars along the George St/Chinatown area, but we ended up going Tank instead. Cool place! Great music (house?) ! And had a blast...my wallet felt really empty after that though.  :'(

this might end up being a really long post... I still want to write up on saturday and today...and also my past 2 weeks actually. Roy (ex housemate) came up from Melb with Ayako as well. Met up with them the previous Friday and we hit a couple of bars as well. It's great catching up with him as well... the bugger hardly ever comes and chat online.
