You need some parts urgently for a job. You ask a sales rep for prices. You don't get the prices. You find out it is because the rep's wife is in the hospital having complications giving birth. o_O What should you say?

Reminded me of this rep that I dealt with last year. Alwez gave me the best prices on goods. Made savings of a couple grand for the company over the period i was here. When I came back this year and called him up...turns out he passed away.
