i just realised i picked up a new bad habit. i like snapping my elbows now. No...not breaking my arm in half :p . i fully extend my arm by throwing a quick punch, then the elbows will make that popping noise. i think i've been doing it pretty unconciously, until thos said that its really bad for the elbows. u'r not suppose to extend the arm fully, gotta tense the muscles and stop the arm b4 it extends fully and 'snaps' the elbow. can't describe it really well. but neway, b4 that i never noticed how many times i snapped my hands. now each time i do it.. i'm like "shit! not suppose to do that". i've already done it 4-5 times since the day started. gotta get rid of this habit. my knees & back are already fucked. i'm so gonna be suffering when i'm older...don't need to add my elbows to the equation.

i'm feeling really sleep now. just had roast duck on rice for dinner. nice and fatty! hahahah. and the tv in the restaurant was showing this program called "You are what you eat". talks about obesity, unhealthy food, blah blah..that kinda stuff. they also showed how much this family of fat people ate. 2 fat parents and 3 fat kids getting there as well. oh wait... its not a family of fat people...its a family of OBESE people. sick... and there i was, watching the program...and happily eating duck skin that was actually still dripping with oil...ooooooo. duck fat is the best!!

hmmmm....i guess i really should slow down my consumption of fatty foods. i don't do enough exercise to counter my input :p i'm gonna end up like the people i hate eventually...eeewww. Actually...i'll start dieting after i come back from kl. hahahahah. no point going back home if i'm not gonna pig out :) food in malaysia still the best!
